Frederic Gooris

Frederic Gooris was born in Belgium in 1974 and graduated in product development at the Hogeschool Antwerpen in 1998. The following year, he obtained his master in design at the Domus Academy of Milan.
Then he moved to Paris and started to work for Philippe Starck. Later he went back to Milan to work for over 4 years for Stefano Giovannoni. During these collaborations, he worked as a designer on a very wide range of products for international renowned companies such as: Target, Alessi, Oras, Laufen, Inda, Magis, Deborah, Lavazza, Hannspree, Helit, Siemens, Modo, Ycami and Felice Rossi. He was also an assistant teacher at the Domus Academy.
In 2003 he decided to make Milan his professional base and founded his own studio. He has designed for companies around the world such as EQ3, Ferrero, Nestle, Dainese, Magrabi Optical, DK City, Pelpak and Isodark. His studio also offers high quality 3d modeling and rendering services to other studios and companies such as Alessi, Three, Motorola, FullSix, Prodir, Studio C Milano, Studio Jerszy Seymour and Studio Miriam Mirri.

Frederic Gooris è nato in Belgio nel 1974. Si è diplomato in Product development alla Hogeschool Antwerpen nel 1998 e nel 1999 ha conseguito il master alla Domus Academy di Milano. Ha lavorato a Parigi nello studio di Philippe Starck. Ritornato a Milano, ha lavorato per quattro anni nello studio di Stefano Giovannoni. Ha collaborato anche con importanti aziende internazionali (Target, Alessi, Oras, Laufen, Inda, Magis, Hannspree, Helit, Siemens e altre) ed è stato assistente insegnante alla Domus Academy.
Nel 2003 ha aperto il suo studio di design a Milano. Attualmente disegna per aziende come EQ3, Ferrero, Dainese, DK City, Isodark.
